Koliba Slipover Kit

A kit to make Koliba Slipover by Agnieszka Dzikiewicz-Krawczyk (Home of Cords) using Martin's Lab Bouncy Sport.

Each kit includes:

• Bouncy Sport in the colors of your choice (see the table below)
• a printed copy of Generations or Pokolenia (if selected), a book curated by Martin's Lab with the Koliba patterns and 12 more designs by various designers
• a Martin's Lab printed cotton project bag
• a sachet of no-rinse wool wash

Yarn in the kit (100 g skeins):

The kit comes in the colors from the book. You can change them to any colors you like.

Construction
The slipover is worked from the top down, starting with the front and back worked flat, separately, and then in the round. First, the back is worked up to the armhole, with the shoulder slopes shaped using the European method. Next, the stitches for the left front are picked up and worked up to the neckline. The right front is worked in the same way. The two front pieces are then joined and worked together to the armholes. The front and back are then joined, and the slipover is then knit in the round in a colorwork pattern. The bottom of the slipover is finished with a Half Fisherman’s Rib stitch pattern. The neckline and armholes are crocheted with slip stitches in a contrasting color, then finished with a double pleat and Half Fisherman’s Rib stitch pattern.
