This lush blend of single-ply merino, yak and silk takes dye beautifully, for vivid and dark colors with a lovely sheen.
It is great for sweaters and shawls, scarves.
Tibetan Singles is hand-dyed in many harmonizing colors, allowing you to create wonderful compositions.

Fibre - 65% superwash merino, 15% yak, 20% silk
Length - 480 meters / 525 yards
Although the skeins come from the same dye bath, they can vary. If working with two or more skeins I recommend alternating strands to obtain a uniform fabric.

Even though this yarn is super wash I recommend a cool hand wash in a mild detergent. Although every effort is made to exhaust the dye bath of color you may find a little color bleed on the first wash.
