2. Order completion date
We try to ship your order as soon as possible. Normally orders are processed within 1-4 working days before being shipped. Unless you purchased a pre-sale or custom dye item! Our shipping days are Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.
During our promotion periods we require up to 14 working days (not including weekends and holidays) to prepare and ship orders due to the large number amount of orders. If you would like to know where your order is in the queue, please feel free to email us.
The dispatch date depends on the availability of products and the selected method of payment, while the delivery time depends on your chosen method of delivery.
3. How to order
- browse the list of categories or use the search function to find the right product,
- when you have found a product you want, add it to your basket,
- when your order is complete, go to the basket contents.
- in the shopping basket you will see exactly what products you have chosen and in what quantity,
- change the order to match your requirements using "+", "-" or "remove" buttons,
- Confirm your selection using "CHECK OUT" button or "PAYPAL" buton.
- select your preferred methods of delivery and payment,
- if you have a discount coupon, enter the code below to receive your discount,
- confirm your selected options by clicking “Pay Now” to confirm the purchase.
- you will recive email with confirmation of your order.
4. Complaint
I want you to be satisfied with your order, and I'm happy to accept returns if you change your mind once you receive your order. I understand that yarn can look and feel different in real life compared to on screen.

We have 14 days to approved or not your complain.
5. Withdrawal from the contract
You can cancel your order only up to the time when it has been fully made up. After it has been sent to the stated address, cancellation is no longer possible. To cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible, preferably by email: contact@martinslab.com .
6. Return
According to the Act of 2 March 2000, within 14 days of the date of collecting ordered goods, you can return a product bought online without giving reasons. However the goods must not carry signs of use or be damaged, and must be in the original packaging with its entire contents intact.Once I have your order back, I will either refund the cost of your original order excluding postage. I refund the money to a GIFT Card that can be used in my web store, or I could post replacement yarn (this to be agreed when you contact me). Replacement yarn will need an additional postage charge.
6. Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
