From Ravelry pattern page:

Haft is a charming and stylish scarf that is shaped like a long, shallow triangle. The scarf is worked in a lace pattern, inspired by the floral and plant embroidery found in the folk costumes of the Żywiec region.

Note: measure the stitch and row count after blocking.

Construction:
The Haft Scarf is worked in a lace stitch pattern flat, from tip to tip. It is knitted in sections, working each pattern piece in turn. The shape of the long, flat triangle is achieved by increasing and decreasing stitches. Stitches are increased along the first half of the right edge, and then decreased along the second half of the right edge.
