This fabulous blend of Non superwash wool with donegal viscose nups takes dye perfectly for vivid semi-solids as well as artistic colorplay. It is great for lightweight sweaters and shawls, scarves.

While this yarn is not machine washable, we recommend hand washing and laying flat to dry to keep your hand knits looking great for a long time.

Tweed Wool is hand-dyed in many harmonizing colors, allowing you to create wonderful compositions.

Although the skeins come from the same dye bath, they can vary. If working with two or more skeins I recommend alternating strands to obtain a uniform fabric.

This yarn is not superwash, so I recommend a cool hand wash in a mild detergent. Although every effort is made to exhaust the dye bath of color you may find a little color bleed on the first wash.
