This single-ply superwash merino takes dye beautifully, for vivid and gorgeous colors.
It is ideal for shawls and lightweight garments.
Due to the delicate nature of single ply yarns, we do not recommend using it for making socks or any other hardwear knits.
Colorway - Prince Charming
Slightly blue off-white with very subtle specks of salmon, emerald, turquoise, sky blue and black.
Weight - Fingering - 100 grams
Fibre - 70% 1-ply Superwash Merino / 30% silk
Length - 400 meters / 437 yards
Although the skeins come from the same dye bath, they can vary. If working with two or more skeins I recommend alternating strands to obtain a uniform fabric.
Even though this yarn is super wash I recommend a cool hand wash in a mild detergent. Although every effort is made to exhaust the dye bath of color you may find a little color bleed on the first wash.
I try to depict the true color of yarn but please remember each monitor will be different.
If you have any questions regarding the color, feel free to drop me an email.
